CINDERELLA BASEBALL RUN CONTINUES WITH WALK OFF WIN

T.L. Hanna Varsity Yellow Jackets took Friday's game in dramatic fashion, with a 4-3 walk-off victory over EHS Eagles at T. L. Hanna High School. T.L. Hanna Varsity Yellow Jackets were down 3-2 in the bottom of the eighth inning when Jackson Robinson singled, scoring two runs.

EHS Eagles got on the board in the top of the third inning after Anson Reynolds doubled to center field, and Peyton Schrader singled to center field, each scoring one run.

T.L. Hanna Varsity Yellow Jackets tied the game in the bottom of the fifth thanks to a single by Robinson, and a sacrifice bunt by Reece Oakley.

EHS Eagles took the lead in the top of the eighth. Andrew Brandt hit a solo home run to right field, to give EHS Eagles the edge, 3-2.

Jackson Driver earned the win for T.L. Hanna Varsity Yellow Jackets. The reliever allowed one hit and zero runs over two-thirds of an inning, striking out one and walking none. Aiden McCroskey took the loss for EHS Eagles. The righty went two-thirds of an inning, giving up two runs on two hits, striking out none and walking none. Connor Brooks stepped on the hill first for T.L. Hanna Varsity Yellow Jackets. The righty gave up 10 hits and three runs over seven and one-third innings, striking out three and walking one. Johnny Rosario stepped on the mound first for EHS Eagles. The pitcher surrendered seven hits and two runs over five innings, striking out seven and walking two.
