ERLENKEUSER WINS 2ND INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONSHIP AS JACKETS FINISH 3RD AT STATE

The TL Hanna Varsity Boys Golf team capped an amazing season with a 3rd place finish at the AAAAA-D2 State Championship. TL Hanna was led in the event by senior Erik Erlenkeuser who posted a two day total of 9 under par to win his second consecutive individual state championship. Erlenkeuser was tied for second after day 1, but posted a 7 under par round of 65 on day 2 to claim a 4 shot victory.

Junior Bennett Scaletta posted a two day total of one under par to earn all state honors for himself for the 3rd time in his career. He was followed in scoring by 8th grader Wilson Cauley who turned in a one over par round of 73 on day 2 and a two day total of 6 over par. Senior Cal Harbin finished his outstanding TL Hanna career with a 75 in round 2 and a two day total of 10 over par. Sophomore Bryce Ritter played in the event in the 5 spot and posted back to back rounds of 79 in his first state championship appearance for the Jackets.
