Nate Malcolm picked up a region title in the shot put for the 3rd consecutive year and won his 1st region championship in the discus at the Track and Field Region Championship meet. Malcolm set the school record (again...) in the shot put with a throw over 67 feet. Here is Nate's interview after his record setting performance:
