VARSITY SOFTBALL KNOCKS OFF DEFENDING STATE CHAMPS 3-2

Varsity Softball turned in a total team effort to beat Byrnes 3-2. Addison Sharp pitched a complete game with 9 Ks and went 2-3 at the plate with a double & RBI, Kendall Cokley 2-3, Hanna Davis 2-3, Callie Kinert 2-3,  Harmony Harmony was 1-3 with a 2 RBI double. Coach Rizer mentioned that the defense played well in tense moments late in the game as Byrnes tried to rally for the win.
