Varsity Boys Golf fired a round of 280 (-8) to win the Yellow Jacket Invitational over 18 teams at The Club at Brookstone. The 8 under par round will go into the record books as the second lowest 18 hole score for TL Hanna Boys Golf, trailing only the 2003 team score of 279 set at Greenwood Country Club by Phillip Mollica, Adam Sheriff, Anthony Richey, John Moore, and Patrick Rada.
Erik Erlenkeuser and Bennett Scaletta fired 68s to finish 2nd and Wilson Cauley fired a 70. Cal Harbin fired a 74 to round out the Jacket scoring. Cauley set his career low round of 70 (-2) for the Jackets in earning all tournament team status with his top 65 finish along with Scaletta and Erlenkeuser.
