TL Hanna senior Marissa Scaletta was named a selection to the North/South All Star event in girls golf by the SC Golf Coaches Association. Marissa will represent the Yellow Jacket golf program the first weekend in November in this Ryder Cup style event in Spartanburg at River Falls.
Scaletta is a 6x all region selection and a 2x region champion. She is believed to be the first TL Hanna golfer to achieve 6 all region awards in a career. Scaletta also capped off her high school career with the individual State Championship gold medal in Myrtle Beach at the AAAAA-Division 2 State Championship. Scaletta fired a second round 1 under par round to win by 4 shots and help lead her team to their second consecutive state championship.
